Recently restored, this traditional stone villa is positioned on the most desired part of Lopud, surrounded by a grove of ancient olives with a view of the Adriatic from the front terrace.. The 2 bedroom villa perfectly appointed for comfort and relaxation. Used by the NY artist as his summer studio, it is the perfect quiet hideaway.

The space

 

Rebuilt in the traditional Croatian style of building, with plastered walls in the ancient Venetian style, wide beams on the ceiling, with elegant yet understated finishes.

 

Guest access

 

The Villa sits on top of a hill, right next to the path that connects the harbour with the other side of the island, a recently restored chapel and FKK's beach. The villa is a 15 minute walk to the harbour on an old stone path with stairs. Some level of fitness important

 

Interaction with guests

 

Our caretaker Dario lives on the island as does our gardener Zjelko. Dario will be available to help with dinner reservations, excursions and boat hires to visit the neighbouring islands

 

Other things to note

 

Dario will meet you at the harbour and accompany you to the villa. We encourage you to make contact with him aheads of time in case you require some shopping done.
