The building is 6 stories, built in the 1960's and positioned perfectly to capture the sprawling city below, its mountains and the harbor. The flat is high enough to enjoy the view above the tree canopies and yet still feel connected to the landscape. The flat and the building itself are extremely secure.

Guest access

A block away from Kloof Neck Road, one of Cape Town's main arteries connecting you to the city beaches and any other Cape Town destination, the building has plenty of street parking in front of it. It has two secured gates before you get access to the lobby and elevators.

Interaction with guests

The property manager is based not 5 minutes away so anything you might need can be attended to. You will be received by him and receive a complete orientation as you arrive.

The neighborhood

Tamboerskloof is one of the most desired neighborhoods in the City Bowl. It's quiet, with small streets and mostly early 20th century Victorian architecture, sprinkled here and there with small apartment buildings like this one. The beauty of this area is that you are not part of the hustle and bustle of the city below you but you can easily walk to it. Three blocks away is the trendy bar "The Power and the Glory", four blocks away is Kloof Street, with its many restaurants and shops...
