Breathtaking views of the sea from every window. 3 bedrooms on suite, fully renovated with exquisite taste. You walk onto your lawn and then to the sandy beach. Outdoor seating area on each floor. Complete privacy.

Guest access

Situated directly in front of a major surfing beach, with miles of beach front or a mountain to hike behind it. Shops and great restaurants in nearby villages, as close as 10 minutes away. Only 45 minutes from Cape Town.

Interaction with guests

The caretaker lives 5 minutes away and is available to assist in person but I am in as much contact as is required.

The neighborhood

Misty Cliffs is an exclusive beach village. House is secure and fully alarmed.

Car will be needed.

This is a private home with precious items. It is suggested for the use of mature individuals seeking an extraordinary relaxing experience. You will not be dissappointed

Check in time is 3PM - 9PM

Check out by 10AM

All described in a brochure left at the house. Not encouraged as a "party" destination. Other than pets, there are no hard rules other than we expect you to treat it as your own home. The sleepover guest amount is restricted at 6 persons.!! No smoking inside!
